The Diamond Reservation System offers a comprehensive reporting suite, covering both Management Information/Insight and Operational Reporting.

All of the data relating to customer reservations is stored in, and accessible by, the Diamond System. This means that any user – whether a business manager in the office, or an in-resort representative – can be given access to complete reservations information, with the only technical requirement being a web browser connected to the internet.

Of course, data security is paramount, so you control which users can access the different types of information by assigning roles and permissions.

Management Information

In order to run your business successfully, we know that you need easy access to your data. That’s why we designed Diamond reports to work directly in your browser, with data viewable on screen.

When you need to dive deeper into the numbers you may want to use our ‘Excel’ extract option, which downloads any report straight into Excel.

For larger businesses you may already have your own reporting software. That’s no trouble for us, all our reporting data sits in Microsoft SQL Server. We can happily build tailored views for your reporting software to look at.


Operational Reporting

Diamond’s operational reporting functionality places powerful, detailed information at the fingertips of those people who really need it – your operational staff in resort, and those dealing directly with your hotels or flights on a day-to-day basis.

With the right level of system access, they can dynamically access full reservation information for your customers, including booking details, booked extras, previous communication history and more. They can even ‘up-sell’ new products by booking additional items on existing reservations.

Never again shall we hear the words ‘I’ll have to check when I get back to the office’!

And for those staff dealing directly with hotels and other providers, the Diamond system can generate automated rooming lists, flight manifests and all the other information that is needed to keep everything running smoothly.
